Low Budget Pac-Man

Double click the .exe file once it has been downloaded. If a pop-up comes up that says "Windows protected your PC", go to more info > run anyway.  If a pop-up comes up that says you need to install DirectPlay or another software, hit cancel at the bottom and the game should open. I don't know how that works but it does.
